Day 01: Surabaya to Hotel in Bromo
Your adventure begins upon arrival at Juanda International Airport or your designated meeting point in Surabaya. Our professional driver and tour representative will warmly welcome you before beginning the scenic 3–4 hour drive toward the Bromo area. Along the way, enjoy views of rural landscapes, terraced farms, and mountain horizons.
Upon arrival, check in at your hotel or lodge located near the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Take time to relax, adjust to the cool mountain climate, and prepare for tomorrow’s early-morning adventure. Day 02: Jeep Tour Bromo – Homestay at Tumpak Sewu
Wake up early at around 02:30 and transfer to a 4WD Jeep that will bring you toward Penanjakan or King Kong Hill, the famous sunrise viewpoint. As dawn approaches, witness the legendary panorama of Mount Bromo, Mount Batok, and the majestic Mount Semeru towering in the background.
After sunrise, descend to the Sea of Sand and begin the soft trek toward the Bromo crater. You may walk or hire an optional horse ride before climbing the stairs to the crater rim.
Once finished, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Continue the journey to Lumajang, approximately 4–5 hours away, where you’ll stay in a local homestay close to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Enjoy a relaxing evening and prepare for the waterfall exploration tomorrow.
